This Refund Policy governs the conditions under which refunds may be requested and issued for digital courses purchased through LearnifyEduOnlineSeller. By enrolling in or purchasing any course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
Refunds may be granted solely at the discretion of LearnifyEduOnlineSeller under the following circumstances:
a) Where the course content is materially different from the description or representations provided on the official LearnifyEduOnlineSeller website at the time of purchase; or
b) Where verified technical issues attributable to LearnifyEduOnlineSeller prevent the user from accessing the course despite reasonable attempts to resolve the issue.
Refund requests submitted due to medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be supported by valid and verifiable documentation. Submission of documentation does not constitute an automatic entitlement to a refund.
No refunds shall be issued for requests made after the expiry of two (2) calendar days from the date of purchase due to change of mind, lack of interest, personal dissatisfaction, or any reason unrelated to course misrepresentation or technical failure.

Refunds shall not be issued under the following circumstances:
a) Where the user has accessed, completed, or consumed a substantial portion of the course content;
b) Where course materials have been downloaded or otherwise retained by the user;
c) Where a certificate of completion or participation has been issued;
d) Where the course was purchased as part of a bundle, discounted offer, promotional deal, or special pricing campaign, unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
This Refund Policy is drafted in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws of the United Arab Emirates. While such laws provide remedies in cases of misrepresentation or failure to deliver advertised services, digital products and online educational services may be subject to specific contractual terms that differ from those applicable to physical goods.
