Users may cancel their course enrollment within two (2) calendar days from the date of purchase in order to be eligible for a full refund, subject to compliance with the applicable Refund Policy.Cancellation requests submitted after the expiration of the two (2) day period shall not be accepted, except in cases of exceptional or extenuating circumstances. Any such requests shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved solely at the discretion of LearnifyEduOnlineSeller. Approval of a late cancellation does not constitute a waiver of this policy.
To initiate a cancellation, users must submit a cancellation request within the applicable cancellation period by contacting the LearnifyEduOnlineSeller customer support team or by completing the official online cancellation form, where available.Failure to submit a cancellation request within the prescribed time frame shall result in the automatic forfeiture of any right to cancel the course enrollment.
